Welcome to Third Grade!
Hi! My name is Stephannie (Annie) Sedgwick, and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year!

A little about me: I was born and raised right here in Prattville, Alabama, and it’s such a joy to be teaching at a school I once attended myself! I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University in May 2022 (War Eagle!), and I recently graduated with my Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama in May 2025.

Outside the classroom, I love being involved in our Prattville community, a place that means so much to me. As a proud former student, it’s incredibly special to now give back by teaching and coaching here. I currently serve as the Varsity Assistant Volleyball Coach and Head Tennis Coach at Prattville High School, and I’m so thankful to be part of such a supportive and spirited community. (Go Lions!)

Communication is very important to me, and I truly value the partnership between home and school. I will be using Parent Square as my main form of communication, so please be sure to download the app and check it regularly for updates, reminders, and announcements.
